If you prefer to enter using the physical Entry Form, click here to download it, then print it, complete the details and get it to us by fax, post or hand (see details on the Form)

It is also possible to enter between 7:30 am and 9:00am on the actual day of the race – but if you choose this option, please get there early, because we need to match up your entry with our electronic timing tag system and it gets quite difficult when we have to process a lot of late entries just before the cut-off time.  (Even though we manage to organize this event quite professionally every year, it is run entirely by non-profit community organizations and volunteers, and we much prefer online entry if possible)
